I am resisting making a bullet list, but that’s probably all this entry is. Just sorta a recap of recent events and “stuff” from yours truly.

Mir and Otto are getting married! Go say hi. No word on whether she’ll lift the restraining order so I can go to the nuptials.

On the blog front, I moved my links to another page (the link link is now up at the top of each page). We’ll see how I like it (it’s all of a keystroke or two to move them back). The list was getting waaay long. And I don’t know if anybody but me ever clicks on one.

(just kidding about the restraining order thing. Good thing Mir has a sense of humor)

A huge thank you to everyone who commented on Lurker Amnesty Day. I tried to respond privately to everyone and I think I did, so if you didn’t get a response from me – I’m really sorry.

My wife is enjoying the petty jealousy I’m feeling over her old boyfriend. We’ve had lots of talks. We smile and laugh about it. It’s not a bad thing, I think it’s an important thing to explore what we each feel and expect about this. It’s kinda cool, actually. Even though I buried this in the middle of the entry so nobody would comment on it.

I can say that because the sex? Is awesome. And frequent, lately. That’s probably more than you need to know before breakfast (sorry, West Coasters)

Two weekends left of soccer for the fall.

Halloween? Sorry I haven’t written or posted much. We went “low key” this year, costumes from the dress-up box, no haunted houses, didn’t even give out candy. I have pictures and as usual I’ll post when I re-locate the camera.

Other blog stuff – I added a line where you can e-mail individual entries, or add them to delicious or digg (and I don’t use either service – do any of you? I can remove those links since they just clutter things up)

I accidentally nuked my countdown timer, apparently the database isn’t compatable with version 2.05 of WordPress or something, so I switched timers. Now, instead of “days” it counts “sleeps.” Kinda cute. But this one won’t let you count UP (how many days since something happened) so that’s different.

I joined the millenium and bought a key driver. I can now haul files back and forth to work without gmailing them to myself. And, since gmail refuses to send applications, this is kinda handy.
