Nope! Unless you guessed “bought a battery for the car,” that is. That’s what I did. After soccer, and bratwurst for lunch, and while shopping for grapes, dimatapp, and popcorn salt. Yeah, it was time. This is only the fourth or fifth battery for my car. In sixteen years. Not too bad.
And you wanna know the best part? The last battery didn’t last long enough, so they gave me my money back. Today’s battery only cost me $15, even though it cost more and I had to pay for them to recycle the old one.
So there, that’s how much fun I had today. How about you?

Luckily, the girls entertained themselves.
We stood outside in 40 degree weather and watched a bunch of 6 year-olds attempt to play t-ball. First game of the season, first game ever for some of them. Not that you could tell…. 😉
It was fun, strangely. My boy got 3 hits…. of course, the ball, it wasn’t moving…
