I’m sorta getting back to “normal” after recent events. Here’s a couple of bits (I’m just gonna make a list)

• My son looks really really sharp in a suit.
• Ringling Bros. really does charge $10 for cotton candy. I thought I was joking yesterday. Luckily the second mortgage came through so we could afford to go to the show.
• Poppa was loved by people far and wide.
• It is great to sleep in your own bed.
• Not all “Super 8” hotels are super.
• My mechanic is taking too long to do a “simple” repair.
• I have a soccer game tonite after two weeks off. This one’s gonna hurt.
• Bloggers are more supportive than family, sometimes.
• It feels like summer is slipping by too fast.
• Poppa quote (from an AA friend): “Of course you don’t think church does it for you. AA is for drunks. Church is for sinners.”
