If you like Legos, or Star Wars, or maybe both, check out the video game called (oddly enough) Lego Star Wars. I’m having a blast re-living the Luke and Leia and Han love triangle, when I can get the controller away from the darn kids.

Today finished my longest running week (in miles) since mid-May. And only the third week I’ve run over twenty miles since April. So, that’s something. Also, this is the 70’th post I’ve tagged with running. Not that I’m keeping track, I just noticed it.

We still have not seen Ratatouille. I figure if I can hold out about three more weeks, they’ll release it on DVD.

Speaking of movies, my wife (who is feeling much better, thanks for the happy notes) hasn’t seen the new Harry Potter. I have a dilemna – if we find someone to watch the kids, should I take her to see the movie (which she’ll love) or should I jump her bones? Hmm. (although in fairness, after last night, it isn’t quite as urgent, the bone jumping thing, but would still be immensely awesome)

Work is kicking my ass. That’s all I’ll say about that.

It has rained here so much that I realized yesterday I have yet to water my lawn this summer. I’ll let that sink in for a moment.

Okay? See, it’s almost August, I live in Central Texas, and I haven’t had to water my lawn. In fact, I probably should mow today, but it might be too wet, and there’s more rain in the forecast. I’m puzzled about all this. Since we moved in (11? 12? years ago) we’ve been in a drought, so this is kinda new to a lot of us.

Time for lunch. I’ll be the one over at foodtv.com looking up “grilled cheese.”
