Why the hell can’t they just say “I flew to Germany and BMW paid for it?” or whatever the deal is?

What are they hiding? Why the secrecy?

GOP leader: Keep privately paid trips:

‘If there is more disclosure of travel before you go, more disclosure of the relationship between lobbyists and members and their staff, let the American people take a look at this,’ said Boehner. ‘Let them watch it and let them judge what we’re doing. I think that will reduce the amount of corruption and graft that goes on.’

I can’t say this strongly enough: We must have full disclosure of who is buying and selling our nation. Anything less is absolutely unacceptable.

We, the taxpayers, deserve to be told. It’s our country, and our government, and we need to take it back.

And while we’re at it? Let’s make that retroactive for ten or twenty years. I wanna know how we got to this mess.
