This has been my best week for running in a while, both mileage wise and pace. I’ll probably pay for it next week.
This morning was good for me, because lately I’ve been inventing excuses to not run on Saturday mornings, which puts my long(ish) run to Sunday, which screws everything up. This time I managed to get up. It helps that I went to bed at 9:00 on Friday night (much to the annoyance of my family, I bet)
Over heard: “Yeah? Well I don’t trust you, either!” Sobbed into a cell phone by a girl sitting in her car at a stop sign. 5:00 AM.
We have nothing we have to do today – no school supplies, no moving people, no soccer (yet). Might take in a movie. Will probably buy dog food. Hopefully will nap, and or grill, and watch a football game or two.
