Sir Gripesalot

Oh, man, I’m in a nasty mood. You don’t wanna be near me.

I’ve been yelling at the kids all morning, howling at traffic, I even glared at the lady at the coffee place when she said “We actually don’t have “large,” just small and regular.” It’s not her fault that I like to think things are bigger than they actually are. Oh, and today makes 100 days of “drinking less coffee.” If you think that doesn’t jive with the bit about the coffee lady, well that one large regular cup of coffee is still here on my desk and I’m only half-way through it an hour later.

Oh, there’s more – about school, mostly – that I can’t write for fear of really sounding like an asshole. Of course there is the dark cloud from the events yesterday in Virginia, too.

So, here’s about all I have, a little Calvin to lift the mood. Hope y’all are doing well, today.

I'm probably crazy but it keeps me from going insane

  1. “It’s not her fault that I like to think things are bigger than they actually are. ” Am I allowed to even touch that comment? 🙂 Did I at least make you smile?

  2. Amen Ben….. I always go to the place that has the LARGE coffee just because…that is the one I want. Do I always drink it all…..Nooooo. But I like to know I can if I want to.

Keep smilin’ buddy…. and remember, we love ya even if you don’t.
