I was poking around at nutrition labels and information, and ran accross the site called Nutrition Data.
And then, I looked up frosted strawberry pop-tarts. Which I had for breakfast this morning. Of course, I also had a clif bar, but only for research purposes.
It’s no wonder I’m not losing weight faster.
(but, in my defense, at least they are better than Krispy Kreme‘s)
Pop tarts are brutal. My wife loves them but as we went on a joint diet together they are now cut out of her diet completely. I tell you she misses them like crazy. 😉
Pop tarts are evil but good.
clif bars are great if you’re about to go out and run 10km. But other than that not so good for weight loss.
