‹ Knocking one out of the park •
Well, after talking smack in the comments yesterday, this morning I had the hardest time keeping my heart rate under control during my run. It just kept creeping over 160. All in all not a bad run, at all, just bothered me that it was doing that.
I think I didn’t have enough water to drink yesterday. Yeah, that’s it.
38 minutes, 2.9 miles, to save you the math that is 13.10/mile or 4.6 mph.

I’ve just studied the effects of water on the body - both external AND internal. Your body uses water for chemical combustion at the cellular level. Makes perfect sense to me, since all weight loss people say, “8-10 glasses of water is the key”.
I call it Internal Hydrotherapy. Plus, drinking water is a much more acceptable version than a colonic might be. That’s Hydrotherapy as well.

Like you… I’m always trying to figure out when something is “off”. Why did my body not react the same way? I’m fascinated by it. It’s like a puzzle I *have* to solve.
38 mins is awesome! You rock!! You are very inspiring for me. You are like the carrot…always a little further ahead, a little faster. Helps mentally push me. “If Ben can do it… you can too!’
