I was awakened at 5 AM by a hungry cat. Since I was up anyway, I went for a run, and for the first time (probably ever in my life) ran 30 minutes straight without stopping. Just shy of three miles. This is a big deal for the guy that was turned off of running in middle school when we were forced to run the mile and taunted by our coaches for not going faster.
Yes, I still have issues.
Anyway, what I wanted to share was this, since it seems like something our kids would want to do about now. (”Salad? Again?”)
