CONGRATS! I’m kicking my ass working out and watching what I’m eating and just HOPING that soon I’ll hear the same thing. It felt good tonight, though, when hubby did the 8 minute Tae Bo Quickie exercise and couldn’t keep up with me..and he’s thin! yay LOL. Congrats!

That’s Great! But I noticed in your pics of your bear belly that you posted a little while back! I have been having no luck. I might as well realize I’ll be a big fat momma forever! I still am gonna try though. i got to get this kids eating better, & me too! I have changed a lot of our bad habits. Plus I have been walking, which seems to get harder instead of easier.

Way to go Silly Old Bear! I bet the wife noticed.
