Good Job! Remember that it is not about omitting things from your style of eating forever. Later on, you can eat one serving of Ben and Jerry’s, but only when you realize how far you have to run/walk to burn off those calories. It’s all about educating yourself and lifestyle changes. Now, I’m off to weigh in!
