Somebody is trying to steal one of my gmail accounts (by going through the “I forgot my password” link) and it’s starting to piss me off.

I have it set to e-mail a reset link to yet another e-mail address (I’ve got like ten of the bastards) and if you don’t follow the link nothing will happen.

So, no, you can’t have my gmail account, thankyouverymuch. You should have signed up for that name back when they were giving them away and nobody had one.
