I don’t know why this bugs me, but it does.

Our grocery store just acquired new shopping carts. Nice, most of the wheels work, clean.

But the yokels that go out and get them in the parking lot like to make huge lines of carts and use the kid seat belts to hook them together. This is fine once or twice, but in no time at all the seat belts (especially the plastic buckles) are all busted up.

So now we have nice, shiny, new shopping carts that I can’t buckle my kid into.
