Looooser!
After all the drama of gaining weight three days in a row late last week, as of my weigh-in this morning I’ve lost a pound in the past seven days.
A pound! Â That’s four sticks of butter! Â Four all-beef patties (before cooking)! Â .0037 of my total weight!
So yes, I’m a little excited.  Enough so that I am going to celebrate by having a glass of water.  Maybe two!  I know how to partay.
