A quick note to the handful of friends that still stop in here. You know who you are (and I’m not including you from Iran that keep coming here looking for pictures of nekkid girls, you know who you are, too).

There is much that I want to write about what is going on in my mind, in my life. I very badly need to express a few things. But this is not the time or place to do it, right now. Some of my frustrations leak out, yes, but nothing close to the big picture. I wish I could do more, but I just can’t, or I can’t yet.

Yeah, well, my subject lines for these are really lame. I should just go back to saying what week it is. It’s week 436, btw, and hell no, I haven’t been doing all or even most of the weeks.

Free association is described as a “psychonanalytic procedure in which a person is encouraged to give free rein to his or her thoughts and feelings, verbalizing whatever comes into the mind without monitoring its content.” Over time, this technique is supposed to help bring forth repressed thoughts and feelings that the person can then work through to gain a better sense of self.
