I wanna see if this works.

It’s a form to sign up for the web feed via e-mail.

Yeah, I have too many subscriptions, too, but some folks don’t use an RSS feed. I won’t give your e-mail address to anybody (I use Feedburner for my feeds, and they’ll hook you up, and you can unsubscribe, yada yada yada). Right now I have exactly one subscription - me - and I use it to make sure the daily digest is legible. It sometimes is 8)

Found the man

I re-created the icon.  And I think it’s linked correctly now (we shall see)

Actually, I redid it using Favicon maker- Create a favicon from any image, and it couldn’t have been any easier.

Heh,

I always wanted to say that.  I never really wanted to be the man behind the curtain, I wanted to be the person who found him.

Anyway, I’m testing some stuff with Feedburner.  You may have noticed (if you use RSS to check for updates on blogs, like I seem to do) that I switched to feedburner, which lets me do things like watch traffic and add links to the feed and stuff.

But what I’m not seeing is my little Favicon guy - the Rescue Ranger that you should see next to the blog URI on your browser, or perhaps in bookmark lists or whatever.  (I know, I’m the only person to bookmark my blog, but it shows up in mine).  Anyway, when it passes through Feedburner, for some reason I’m not seeing the little favicon anymore, before when it was just a straight RSS feed it was there.  So over the next several posts I’ll be playing with settings and stuff to see what I changed or not.

If this makes any sense at all, could you please send me an email so I know what the hell I’m doing?  Thanks.

Update:  oops.
