I’m such a lame-ass blogger friend, I didn’t even realize that I’d been tagged to do this meme. Like over a week ago.
Ahem.
Anyway, in the ‘better way late than never’ vein, I give you:
- Available or Married? Married, for twenty years. My honey assures me this is the “Ipod” anniversary coming up.
- Best Friend? My wife. Some days my only friend.
- Childhood memory? Playing hide and seek with the neighborhood gang. Riding my bike for hours all over town during the summer.
- Drink of choice? Coffee. I’m cutting back, but still? Coffee. You can’t get a ticket for driving while caffeinated
- Essential Item? a watch. I feel useless if I don’t know what time it is. (hush, there in the back)
- Favorite Color? Red.
- Gummi Bears or Worms? Bears! naturally. I’m not the silly old worm, am I?
- Hometown? Plano. I wasn’t born there, but almost. And stayed till college-ish.
- Indulgence? Ben and Jerrys. Used to be an ‘essential item’ (see above) but I’ve managed to make it a nice treat for every now and then.
- January or February? Can I have July? No? Then February. Me likesa chocolate.
- Kids and Names? Three kids, Josh and Cody. I won’t give the baby’s name (Google might bring her mom ’round) but if you guess it I’ll give you a kiss.
- Last Lipid profile results? Last what?
- Marriage Date? May 23
- Number of Siblings? Two, older sister, younger brother.
- Oranges or Apples? I’m thinking oranges, unless it’s pie. Don’t like orange pie.
- Phobias/Fears? Blood. I’m working on it.
- Favorite Quote? Give me patience, and I mean right NOW.
- Reason to Smile? twenty years, people. Nobody knows me better than she does, and the fact that she sticks around? Makes me grin like an idiot.
- Season? Summer. Around here that’s about eight months, so I might as well like it.

- Unknown Fact About Me? I’ve never seen Pulp Fiction.
- Vice? I quit smoking twenty years ago but every now and then I’m tempted again.
- Worst Habit? Pulling out my hair, and farting in bed. Okay, farting in general.
- X-terra or regular tri? again with the “huh?” This is foreign to me.
- Favorite food? Ben and Jerrys, followed by steak and/or french fries. Okay, that’s more than one favorite. Tough.
- Zodiac sign? Aries. Dunno much astrology..
