I am so sorry to be neglecting my blog and you, my friends. Since Thursday I have spent one day wrapping/packing, three days in Dallas unwrapping/churching/fixing/packing, and then two days here cleaning and organizing and trying to keep children civil while letting them still be, well, children.

In the morning we hop in the van again to go see a friend and play for a day or two on the beach. Should be back Friday night in time to see the ball drop, I think. Then I get a couple days to watch bowl games and play with my kids before I get back to work.

Meantime, I bought “Airplane” for $8 last night and it’s just begging to be watched. This is the movie that brought my wife and I together, all those years ago. It’s a not too long and very sappy story that I’ll have to tell you sometime if I haven’t already. My kids need to be exposed to the Zucker genius. So without further ado, I’m going to go win one for the Zipper.
