Grrrrr. That’s the sound I make when you try to get me out of bed after only an hour of sleep… Last night, my six year old came stumbling down the hallway and into our bedroom, using painful bumps into furniture (and other crap) to guide herself in the pitch black. I heard her quiet voice: “I’m thirsty”. I told her to go and get herself a drink!
That’s why we bought a fridge with water in the door and put plastic cups in a low cabinet to make them easy to reach. Funny that I don’t actually remember this conversation, my husband told it to me after the sun was up this morning 😀
Yep. My kids know where the glasses and water tap is too.
