When I hear that whistle blowin’

I ran just under five miles this morning. I was slated to do 4.5, and changed the route a little while I was out. Ah, exciting times.

This mornings mental jukebox selection was of course (as you can tell by the subject line), ‘Folsom Prison Blues.’

But I have got to stop singing this bit around the house:

  1. Great minds think alike, even if we are a few decades apart in age: I woke thinking of the Man in Black this morning. Maybe because I listened to him as I dozed on the couch yesterday (I’m battling the stomach flu 🙁 ).
