We went to San Antonio, and for the life of me I can’t remember why we don’t go there more often. The drive is no worse than going to Dallas for us.
We had a wonderful time wandering around the Alamo and the Riverwalk and various downtown places.
My favorite quote came from my eldest, when we finally found the restroom next to the coke machines: “Whoa, I bet these weren’t here when they had the war!”
