Now, I’m not one to pitch a fit. Usually. I’m the “quiet one” with all of the plusses and minuses that go with it.

But when I take off work, and go home, for my “three hour repair window,” only to find out I’m not even listed in their computer (“I’m sorry, I can’t find the eight digit number that we e-mailed you in our confirmation YESTERDAY in our computer”) then I get a little, er, testy.

So I was testy on the phone for half an hour. And they said somebody will call shortly, and five minutes later he did, and fifteen minutes after that he was at my house, and ten minutes later he had completed the work and bid me good day.

So, anyone else glad this is behind me now?
