No, this has nothing to do with the fact that Medicare will cover Viagra, but “only when medically necessary.” I was going to write about that, trying to picture when it’s medically necessary for a retiree to have a woody. But common sense prevailed and I see where it’s not just elderly folks that get medicaid and perhaps there are times when it is medically necessary to rise to the occasion.
