Dilemma

A friend just wrote and said she is doing a walk to support breast cancer research and the Susan G Komen foundation. This friend would also like nothing better than to become a nun, I think, and it bothers her to no end that I am such a heathen.

So, how do I tell her that I already gave $50 to Komen so I could see random, anonymous, and rather nekkid boobies?

Weekends are made for this

My son scored four goals in his soccer game this morning. His team won their first game of the season, 5 to 4. I have a cup of coffee, a handful of candy corn, and an hour until we have to be at our next social engagement.

At the moment, life is good.

The camp is fine; it is pretty much what I anticipated. The best news — everyone is nice — both the officials and my fellow inmates. I have adjusted and am very busy. The camp is like an old-fashioned college campus — without the freedom, of course.
