I took the boys to see The Incredibles tonite. What a fantastic movie!
Okay, okay, I said that about The Thunderbirds, and Sky Captain, but I really mean it this time! Just what I needed. Oh, and these people have nothing to do with it, but they scored high on a GIS for incredibles.
I’m gonna try and see it again, maybe this weekend even, and drag my wife along.
The advertisements that ran on about 200 buses across the city in recent months carried posters displaying a suggestively posed woman in hot pants kneeling among a pile of books beside the snappy slogan “Read Books, Get Brain.”
What unhip, unsuspecting local transportation officials did not know was that “get brain” is street slang for oral sex.
A spokesman for the New York-based clothing maker noted the ad campaign had run since September and “we hadn’t had any complaints at all.”
Beijing to show off lavatory pride at World Toilet Summit: “‘We want to showcase how a city that used to have not so good toilets can suddenly become so good, that it’s a doable project,’ World Toilet Organisation founder Jack Sim said.”
China wants to be known for it’s toilets now. Go figure.
