Things

It’s been a little while since I’ve had a random “stuff” post so I guess it’s time again. (hush, you, snickering in the back, I know where you blog)

Let’s see:
The UFO (aka new washing machine) is churning away a load of darks. We have basketball pictures tomorrow. This thing is a trip (it’s behind the wall I’m sitting next to). It puts a little water in, and then swishes the clothes around, to see how full it is. Then it puts a little more in. Just now it started a spin cycle – it has kind of this electrical hum (think electric car or golf cart), more than the usual industrial grind of a washing machine. Kinda cool.

We watched “Ray” tonite, finally. I only had to rent it twice in order to see it. On the one hand – wow, what a powerful movie. It truly is, on many levels. On another hand, seeing the racism as shown in the movie hit really close to home. I’m going to try and watch it again; and I could see owning it eventually.

The boys went to “jim-match-sticks” tonite. So they should be worn out, right? Four hours of running, jumping, diving, bouncing? Yeah, right. It’s 12:15 and they’re still up. Us old folks are pretty much passed out (from watching a movie)

I still haven’t decided what I’m doing on Sunday. I’m thinking go to the park and take a long nap. If I stay home I’ll wind up doing laundry or something.

This has got to be dreadfully dull to everyone. Sorry. What if I throw in a gratuitous picture of a latinosexpot?

The washer is still going. Whirrrrrr….

I guess they’d have a real problem with my ideal beer wench…

Nice. A casino that will fire the cocktail waitress who gains more than 7% of their body mass while employed: Extra pounds could cost casino ‘Babes’ their jobs.

“Our costumed beverage servers are a huge part of our marketing and our branding image,” she said. “We feel it’s fair, we feel it’s legal, we feel it’s what our customers have come to expect at Borgata.”

Borgata Babes, who wear black, low-cut designer bustiers with crossing straps above the breasts, have appeared in pinup style photographs in the casino’s calendar.

I’ve never made it a secret, I love curves on women. I think this policy is asinine, but I’m not trying to run their casino, so what the hell do I know.According to this chart, between 20 and 29 years old, the 50th percentile weight for American women is right at 132 pounds. Funny thing, though, is it shoots “all the way” to 144 pounds for the 30 to 39 years age group.

7% of 132 pounds is 9 pounds.

Another article, and a longer piece here.

A couple of the girls in question.

And you wouldn’t believe the results you get when you Google wench. Or maybe you would. This one’s tame.
