Bear run

Okay, people:

This is two mornings. In a row. I was up at 5 minutes to 5:00 AM (before my alarm went off). Out the door ten minutes later, and did the 30/30 thing.

This is what they call a “season best” for me. Not a career best, I used to be much better at exercise and self-maintenance in general. But for 2005? Two days in a row is pretty darn good.

Yes I’m proud. Also? Tired. But that’s okay. Coffee time..
