No run for me today, I’m alternating run and rest days right now to try not and overdo it. Which naturally leads to glancing at the weather just now and realizing it is about 10 degrees cooler today than it was yesterday, in other words a much better day for me to run. So it goes

Don’t read much into my selection of quotes, I may be on a down beat but that’s just par for the course and I’ll be bouncing along again soon. I’m off to start my day and hopefully not eff it after all.
