Something to ponder
My wife bought new placemats the other day. My second grader has a picture of all the American Presidents (they are working hard on history right now in school). He took one look, and asked, “They’re all white?” Indeed.

Oh, baby!
My little girl just loves to take pictures. She grabs the digicam and walks around with the shutter button held down, snapping wildly at everything. And sometimes? She has a really good eye. Says me. He can’t be bothered to look away from Ratchet and Clank.
Tunnel, meet light
I was just updating some reminders, and it occurs to me that I only have to pay the babysitter 68 more times before my youngest starts kindergarten. At $200 per time. “hey, I could get a nice set of power tools for that much” (anybody remember the movie?)
