I sent three movies back yesterday, that we had viewed over the weekend. (One is disc one of Firefly, which was cream-in-your-pants awesome). Anyway, two of the three are received by Netflix this morning within minutes of each other. The third still hasn’t hit three hours later. Curious.
Coyote Ugly (Special Edition) is out: “If you were to take a bad porno, remove the nudity, add in a lame cliched plot, and give it some high production values, you would have something similar to COYOTE UGLY. Think SHOWGIRLS, but directed towards children.”
Ya know, they announce Madonna, they have Mariah Carey, and even Sir Elton John (whom I have seen in concert, he’s quite great). Still, I figured “okay, cool, but whatever.” Then I hear about this. I think I need a hug.
