Another beautiful, muggy morning. It is warmer now (at 5 AM) than the average high for the year. They say it’ll change tomorrow, but we’ll just see – “they” are usually wrong about things like the weather.
Since this song has been stuck in my head since about five minutes after getting the kids to bed last night, I need to share it with the blogiversity:
Ain’t it good
Ain’t it right
That you are with me
Here tonight
The music playin’
Our bodies swayin’ in time
(In time, in time, in time)
Touching you
So warm and tender
Lord, I feel such a sweet surrender
Beautiful is the dream that makes you mine
Mmm
Rock me gently
Rock me slowly
Take it easy
Don’t you know
That I have never been loved like this before
Baby baby!
Rock me gently
Rock me slowly
Take it easy
Don’t you know
That I have never been loved like this before
It repeats about a thousand times or so. And no, this is not Neil Diamond, it’s Andre Youakim (a.k.a. Andy Kim). You may know him as the guy who co-wrote “Sugar, Sugar,” but that will be an earworm for another day.
Not a bad song to have…rolling around my head…for the rest of the day…no, really!
Great now that song will be suck in my head all day, lolol 😉
Andy Kim great singer and the person maravelous. This music is fantastic.
