No need for a tax shelter if there isn't a tax, right? The fact that the estate tax effects approx. 8,000 americans (at over a million dollars each at stake) verses millions of minimum wage workers (who stand to gain enough on their minimum wage over the next few years to buy about a gallon of gas) shows just how screwy this deal is. It's dead in the senate, anyway. This is just so the asshats can say "I voted for it" when they make their attack ads this fall. Perhaps, Don, but ending certain estate taxes make it all moot.
