<description>Funny because lately my mom has been telling the story of the time I saw God.

She was teaching me how to read. And how to sound out words. So we're sitting, in Catholic Mass, after communion one Sunday, when everyone is dead silent. DEAD SILENT.

And then I see the word God in the missal.

"LOOK MOM! THERE'S GOD!!!"

She quickly looks up and starts looking all around the church, like most of the rest of the congregation, in hopes that they can all see God too. Then she sees that I'm pointing to the word itself in the missal and has to explain relatively loudly, "Yes, honey, that's the word G-O-D God."

She's still impressed that so many people were laughing so hard and the congregation still managed to stay silent.
