I hate it when you're a foster parent and people say things like "oh, that's so selfless of you to do that." No, it's not. These are children who got a rotten deal and deserve a chance to thrive and the love to tender it with. Ben and Mrs. Ben are wonderful parents, and I'm not saying this because they adopted, but because these kids are their CHILDREN. Not their "adopted' children, but they are their kids.
